Sending orders by mail to GangstaGold
Mail order forms are required for all orders sent by postal mail to GangstaGold: When a payment and order is sent by postal mail to our company, a mail order form is required. The general merchandise mail order form is located here and above. We do have different mail order forms for custom jewelry and custom teeth. See the appropriate product category for the separate mail order forms and use the appropriate form for each order.
If a customer is not able to print the form out: Ask a friend or someone who has a working printer to do it. Or hand write in full and fill out in full a mail order form. It is very important that the form is filled out entirely, clearly and neatly. If we can not read the address or other information, this will create issues, possible errors and delays. Make sure to include a complete area code, zip code and correct and complete email address.
Allow time for mail orders to get to our PO Box: If an order is sent by mail first class from within the United States, it will take approximately 2 business days up to 7 business days to reach us. First class does not provide any tracking or delivery confirmation services.
Concerns about a mail order sent to GangstaGold: Send an "Order Status Question" If you have an order already placed with GangstaGold and would like to know the current status. We do not answer any order status questions on the phone.
Mail orders are accepted only to: our PO Box through USPS MAIL and not to our office location or by FED EX OR UPS. GangstaGold only accepts mail orders from customers to our PO Box address only. We do not allow customers to send orders to our office location or by FED EX or UPS. If a mail order is sent to our PO Box through FED EX or UPS, it will not be picked up and will be returned to sender. Our PO Box address is located on the mail order form itself.
Payment type accepted for mail orders: We will only accept:
- Money orders made out in US dollars
Payment Types WE DO NOT accept for mail orders:
- Money orders not made out in US Dollars
- Business, personal, credit card convenience checks
- Canadian and other international country money orders
Items allowed to be ordered by mail order: Anything and everything at this website may be ordered by USPS postal mail with a USPS money order.
